  • Simple but Excellent

I didn’t expect much from a primarily text-based RPG, but this game exceeded my expectations in every way. The level of depth is a pleasant surprise and there are enough activities to keep you playing for hours without getting bored. There are no intrusive ads, and you can play the entire game without ever purchasing the paid currency (gold), which you also get a lot of just for gameplay.

The devs are super active in the community and are consistently updating and tweaking, and have already added a few features in the short time I’ve been playing. Highly recommend this game.

  • A Uniquely compelling menu based game

I usually don’t play many mobile games for multiple reasons. Whether it’s the micro transactions or constant ads or the lack of respect for the players time. This game is the opposite of that. You can play as much as you want in one sitting without seeing a single ad. Gold is present but as a single player focused game it’s only there to give you bonuses and you can get plenty of it for free by completing achievements or requests. While this game may not have all the detail of Stardew Valley or Harvest Moon I’ve found it to be an excellent way to kill time and manage a farm at your own pace. My only real complaint would be the sometimes ridiculously low drop rate on certain items but as this game is constantly being updated there’s the possibility that could change.
The community is very friendly and helpful so feel free to ask for advice or questions in the chat.

Pros: Lots of depth with things to do, items to collect and perks to unlock, extremely FTP friendly

Cons: Menu based gameplay may not suit your tastes, low drop rate on rare items may be too much depending on your thoughts

  • Simple but fun game

This game is text based but it much like many farming simulation games. I quite enjoy the simplicity of it and how you can purchase perks to improve the money/time requirements for growing crops. For example I originally was very concerned that the highest level of crop took 24 hours to grow, I’m still a little way off unlocking it however it would take me roughly 12 hours to grow due to the perks I have purchased.
To purchase perks you just need to level up the various skills and you get awarded perk points. Even the gold used to further upgrade your perks can be won in game via fulfilling quests or by gaining achievements.

  • Surprisingly Deep and Great

I didn’t expect much out of a text based farming simulator, but this game brings more satisfaction than a lot of AAA games. Despite having only four main mechanics, they are all deep and provide a different form of simulation gameplay from waiting for crops to catching fish as long as you want.

Farm RPG also has a premium currency like most mobile games, however it can be earned abundantly throughout the game and players earn more than enough to get every upgrade (at the point in the game’s lifecycle I am at). The developer is also very friendly and active both in talking with the community and supporting the game using community voted submissions.

    Fantastic game, 10/10.

  • Great game!

This is actually a great game lol, I was really surprised thinking I’d be bored by the day. But it’s been a week and so and I’ve love every second!! The gold is easy to get tho not too easy or impossible. And there is a grinding system for those hard players out there that love to get to level 50 in a week. Occasionally the game will crash and lag out but it’s never a huge problem and is fixed within 10 minutes. There’s also a rarity system. It really feels like I’m playing a game that would cost $20 normally but for free! The community and chat is nice too and not overwhelming. There’s a trade system. Everything is calming and simple to understand. For someone with ADHD, overcrowded games come a dime a dozen but this game is laid out perfectly. I highly recommend for anyone looking for a new game to grind or just a past time

  • Amazing game, with insane potential

My ingame name is Joker. I’ve been pumping hours into the game I’ve really enjoyed it, I was super surprised to see the dev of the game (who is the only person working on and making said game) in the global chat talking to the individual players. I’ve never seen that before and he’s constantly working on adding new updates to make the game easier to navigate and a better experience overall. Unfortunately some players from his older game Titan Conquest are upset that he “didn’t put this much effort into TC” which doesn’t seem to be the case considering even to this day 5 years later he still updates it. Regardless I think the dev has a great future making games and will continue to make farm RPG great!

  • Fantastic and no ads

While the game starts off simple, your farm will quickly grow as you add more crops, buildings, and spend your active play time fishing, chatting, and exploring. There is a feeling of constant progression that really isn’t apparent in most games. The community is more than happy to help you and you’ll find yourself making friends over time. After a couple weeks you’ll be surprised as you find yourself doing math to see how many bottles of wine you can store a month or how much you’re making every day from sturdy shield crafting.

The best part? There are no ads and you do not need to ever purchase any premium currency to get over any “walls”. But you should because the developer and staff are awesome!

  • Nice

This is my go to relax game, there is no pressure you just play how you want at your speed, you can play it as an idle game or go fishing and be more active, maybe even just to chat with other players.
No adds, no pressure to buy anything and seems you can get all the gold easily enough anyway.
Been playing a few days and really enjoying having this on my phone. Dev seems really active and I’ve had one problem and they replied almost instantly sorting it out, can’t recommend this enough for a no stress game. With new things being implemented daily, can’t wait to see where it goes.
I’ve personally bought the starter pack to support the dev and help with server costs because I think it’s more than worth it.

  • Fun and Simple

A relaxing game where you can own a farm, pet a chicken to level it up as if it were pat fuelled, catch some fish, and find items for crafting with exploring. Just so we’re clear, “exploring” is purely a tap of a button with an outcome of text that may include a reward. Simple? Yes, just like the rest of the game. Fun? Absolutely, doesn’t take much time to try out.

Completely free 2 play, they have some lovely QoL features one can only access through the premium currency. But! Before you turn your nose away in disgust as I would, you can earn enough for all of them via achievements.

Any real money spending is more likely to be used to spend less of your time on the game if you want to progress passively at a decent pace. I have not checked but my hunch is playing actively still ends up comparable to playing fuelled by money. With it currently lacking a competitive aspect (at least at my level of 17) there is no reason to worry about being beaten either.
