Game Changer
This app is an amazing tool to see trends on how you are on a daily basis. I have tried several tools in the past but none have a daily check in that shows my trends over time. And I now can see my results as I’m “doing the work” with the exercises provided. And it’s so helpful to be able to share my check in with friends and loved ones. Just awesome!

Super helpful to understand how mental health moves on this continuum (they even give a guide to help you identify)….back and forth, track my trends each day. I’m able to notice patterns in what I’ve been thinking about, dealing with, what mind/body sensations I’m feeling, and what exercises and modalities I’m doing about it. Biggest tho is that I can check in w my kids and there is common language we now have to gauge how they are doing, day to day, without it being an awkward convo - where I ask and they don’t answer. This new version is very solid.

Understanding my feelings
I have been using the app for a while now and it is helpful in tracking ups and downs and giving me suggestions to help with the downs and appreciate the ups. I love that I can share with friends and family.
A Game Changer!
An app that can help identify historical trends about the way people feel. It gives us the ability to be proactive vs. reactive when providing mental health support to our team. Grateful for this simple, but effective tool! Highly recommend.
Best MH App
Simple. That’s what I like most. It’s easy to use and allows me to spot trends quickly. Notes are nice and detailed while also having “suggestions” I can use to document the causes of my moods.
Brilliant app
I had been looking for an app that would track my mood and this goes beyond what I needed. Not only can I track my mood, I can write down exactly why I’m feeling the way I am at the present moment.
