App isn’t working right
There are no watch faces loading. It just has the option to load the preinstalled 4 local watch faces that the watch has.

App is too slow.
The app is too slow. It takes a lot of time to the load watch the faces. And while installing the watch face I always get an error. I had to literally try 7-8 times to install the watch face.

Smart watch update hangs
The update on smart watch with the app has crashed the watch. Only thing I see on the screen is update since last 18 hours.
Not accurate
The watch used to measure the vitals and sleep time reasonably correct, but since recent firmware update, I believe it got worsen. Also seems to be no control on how I can use my personal data. To download the watch faces, I’m forced to login and once logged in, the app automatically syncs data to the servers.
