Terrible

The worst app I’ve ever dealt with honestly. I convinced our business to use central because the personal app isn’t bad but this is awful.

Absolutely terrible

This app is one of the worst on my phone. The two-part authentication I can handle but having to click 4-5 times to get basic information on a transaction is inexcusable.
Half the time I try to get on it it’s under Maintenance . Change this situation now if you value your business customers.

Terribly designed app.

App is not user friendly and awkward. Mobile deposit has yet to work for me. Continuously glitches and freezes.
Poorly designed app all together in my opinion, not just the nonfunctioning mobile deposit…

I agree w everything that previous review said. Absolutely the worst.

A 3rd grader probably coded this, imagine not being able to properly use mobile deposit in 2022. A reminder that Banks Are Zeros.

TERRIBLE APP!!

This app is so terrible. You have to put in a code, user name and a password and still yet ANOTHER code from a whole separate app just to get in to see your money situation, which I guarantee will not be correct and is nearly impossible to decipher. I run a lot of company money through this bank but as soon as I get another account lined up somewhere else, I’m out. This is no way to do your long time customers.

Terrible!

Worst app I’ve ever used. Constant inability to login or function properly. Central Bank has dropped the ball on this.

Nothing about this app is user friendly and works correctly. Having to enter a code from a separate app every single time you log in is so incredibly bad.

The WORST

Change banks if you are thinking about using central bank for your business. From start to finish it’s the worst finance app I’ve ever seen. For some reason there’s a two factor login every single time you need to access the app, and whatever code that’s supposed to get sent once I log in does not get sent. I even called their IT department and they literally had no clue how to fix it and 2 weeks later I’m still locked out. I have to drive to a physical branch just get a balance and a transaction history. However I just need a username and password I for the personal banking app. Apparently my personal checking isn’t secured enough and my business is too secure. The interface looks like a beta version from 1995, you have to drill down like five or six levels just to see balance, transaction history, pending charges, transfers etc. it’s an absolute joke. I’ve asked the employees at several different branches and even they hang their head in shame bc they know how pathetic it is. And the sad part is that this is BRAND NEW…the personal banking app is just fine but some genius tried to reinvent the wheel and made a horrible choice with the business app. I’ve called and asked several banks if they have a completely separate app for their business customers and they don’t even understand the question. Most banks just have one app and the ability to toggle in between the personal and business tabs. Shame on whoever designed this and even more shame on whoever approved this to be brought to market. I’m not a millionaire so the fact that I’m taking all my money out of their bank won’t make a bit of difference, but regardless I will no longer use them for my personal or business app. Such a disappointment
