Worst ticketing system ever
Every time you tab off the app it takes you back to the home page and if you try and log into your account with a code it processes the code and still sends you back to the home page.pele5302
Update seems to have reduced app utility
The new update seems much less user friendly and I am finding it much harder—almost impossible—to follow our favorite Cal sports teams. I really appreciated how the prior version of the app allowed me to so easily keep up to date with Cal’s sports events, with notifications of when games were starting, final score notifications, and easy-to-find links to schedules, livestream video, and box score. Hope all these features of the prior version are incorporated back into this app.Show lessM.O-E
Ticketing nightmare
This application is a joke when comes to seasons ticket holder. It does calculate the total de. It just offered to renew my ticket s at one tenth their value. The password reset doesn’t work. Therefore for the pass three years I’ve had to call in to renew my tickets. For a university with technology stripes, this mess of an application is a big embarrassment.Show lessBilJet
