Not the easiest to use
I love rouses and the employees at my location (Diamondhead) are always wonderful but the app has issues
1.) It continues to log me out.
2.) The coupons should be online and on the app not redirected to the internet.
3.) It doesn’t show a lot of what is actually in the store.Carlito!!!
Can not open app
Third time to download app and only opens when I choose curbside pickup which I do not want. I had the app on my phone and when I was at their store the other day the app was no longer on my phone. So I downloaded their app but have been unable to access anything other than ‘curbside pickup.’32AMC

Good experience
Ordering was easy. Swapped a few texts about unavailable items, which was nice. I wasn’t sure what to expect with regards to unavailable items. Got everything I ordered and great service. Will use again!mfreyder
Easy way to shop groceries
Found app easy to use. Good communication from shopper when an item needed to be substituted. Order ready for pickup same day and ahead of scheduled time. Also, nice to find a bonus thank you item and note in my bag!Happy Shopper JL
Big Help!
Downloaded app this week and have used twice so far. Suggestions: make it so that I don’t have to log in every time I want to use/order. Took a bit to figure out that payment method was not automatically saved. Would be helpful to let us j is where the “pickup” parking spots are so we don’t have to drive around looking (not obvious for my store). Great Experience
I had a great experience with Rouses curbside pickup! The app was easy to use, they had all of my items ready earlier than my scheduled time and pickup was quick and friendly. The clerk explained a few tips to me when he loaded the groceries in my car. I like that it felt more local than other grocery pickup services that I’ve used before.Show lesskatreview1111
Efficient timesaver
This is working out well for me. The shoppers know the Rouses products. The app is fairly easy to use but make sure that you can log in from the parking lot when you get to the store. Also, need to list ingredients on all products.LA Cajun
