Poor customer service
Login process is too long why just not login with otp my security question say not found and branch can't help me with this really problematic every time I have to visit for minor issue i am still unable to use it didn't took my problem seriously

Waited almost 10 minutes, app says we have sent you otp in your mobile and email but I haven’t got it.

Worst functional app
The app doesn’t work fluently, there is always this problem or that problem, makes me want to not use the bank for any transactions at all.
Changing your phone and using in a new phone is a nightmare. 👎🏻
