Not a good app
I am disappointed with the app. Gives a continuous error messages that the app is not connected to the internet and says it is always working in offline mode. The staff at the branch certainly is helpful but with more work being done online I was relying on the app to work for me.
Multiple instances
Is it possible to enable Multi instances? On separate devices for the same customer. When I try to install on a different device, the first one gets disabled. Need to monitor trxns in my mom’s account.

Management needs to fix system. Sole reason to remove money
Let me start by saying canara bank staff is very helpful. However they can’t work with a bad system.
1) The app doesn’t work on weekends (literally can’t login or refresh data if already logged in). Thought it was me and asked other family members and they had the same issue.
2) shows stale data. I withdrew money and it still shows money there
3) the activation process is painful and sometimes their call center employees or bank staff doesn’t know it
4) The call center response to issue 1 is uninstalling the app multiple times. They won’t even let you complain even after you assure them it’s not their fault but the system
We are loyal canara bank customers but the system is broken. Unless management fixes the internal IT systems there’s nothing front line employees can do.
