The first goal of Mantra is to show the correct way of meditation for the individual and to create a more conscious life for them. If you’ve never meditated before or if you've been meditating for years, you are actually in the right place! You can access different meditation content suitable for all levels, learn meditation from scratch, or take yourself to a higher level with our advanced meditations. In the Mantra experience, you can learn ancient and modern practices that will create a more fulfilling life, or go deeper in your spiritual journey with guided meditations. The choice is yours. Our meditations are carefully prepared by our founders who have devoted themselves to spiritual practice for many years. Every week a new experience drops as we aim to bring advanced technology and meditation together. Our Meditations are divided into 6 main categories: Deep Focus Energize Sleep Breath Relax These meditations have different purposes and knowing the meanings of the categories will help guide you on your spiritual journey. The Deep category contains more advanced meditations, they are best done after getting familiar with meditation. Focus meditations are intermediate-level meditations that help enhance your attention. Energize meditations are general meditations you can use if you have a low mood or if you want to get moving in life. Breath meditations include calm and serene meditations that are focused on breathing. Relax category aims to relieve the person's daily stress and exhaustion, and to create a calmer vibe. In the Sleep category, there are meditations that will help you fall asleep easily or have better sleep quality. In our Visions, you can learn the teachings of water, earth, fire, air, the four elements, and energy. These bit-sized spiritual and wellbeing practices are accompanied by relaxing visuals and music. So you can learn about the healing powers of water or the story of Atlantis while listening to the sound of waves or birds singing! Welcome to the Mantra experience in advance. This will be a brand new beginning for you and it is very valuable for us to be with you on this journey. You are now family. Let a new you begin.
