Blast is a lecture recording, note taking and study application that helps college students ace the current test with the least amount of study time and solves the problem of forgetting so students don’t have to relearn information when they need it for a future test or class. Here is how it works. • Use this app to record lectures with one click • As you record, you can tag important parts of the lecture by clicking one of three buttons: The previous 30 seconds, the next 30 seconds or both the previous and next 30 seconds. • You can also use the app to take notes while the lecture is being recorded. • After the lecture, you can play the recording back on the app or upload the recording and your notes to the Blast Study platform. • The Blast Study platform allows you to transcribe the lecture and use the transcript to create study material like study questions and narratives. • The Blast intelligent agent selects the best study questions for you to answer each day and uses a research-proven quizzing method that creates mastery and test success in the least amount of study time. • You need a Blast Study account to upload the recordings and create study material.

Reviews of Blast Learning

Needs work.

The app does not send daily reminders as was stated and the scheduled date and expire date on the app does not match what the website says. As far as being able to leave a study session and go back to it later, I’m not sure if that was happening because there is no number indicating what question you’re on. I was not sure if the 50 questions started over once I went back. I have not hooked my account up with Alexa and I would prefer to use the app itself. The website is most accurate but does not allow the traveling flexibility I was looking for.
