Very Limited App
This app is very limited in the information. It provides for my Grizz-E charger. I can see total kWh after unplugging but that’s it. Does even have the option of calculating at home charging cost. Very disappointing.mtfr810
Effective charging app
Works for me every time I charge in my condo building or in public.fremont01

Let’s you schedule a charge and see how many watts have been added. Would be nice to see charge rate or amps.Ice cube sauce
Why bother?
I added this app to my Grizzl-e home charger. I can see when charge started each day and total KWH per day but that’s it. What’s the point? I can’t see time it stopped, I can’t see trends over time, I can’t export it to something useful so not sure why I would bother with this app. I hope they make some improvements!Show lessTaoGuy
Update: home charging schedule no longer restricted, still no (useful) usage stats
Update: as of at least version 3.5.1 you can now change the charge schedule to be any time of day or night and no longer have the previous restrictions. You can see kw/h delivered under account -> charging history, but this shows very little data overall. More home charger history and stats would be a welcome change, and the schedule fix was a great improvement.

I have connected ChargeLab to my Grizzl-e smart charger to schedule charging. The app forces your home charge schedule to begin before 11:30pm and end before 11:30am. If this does not fall in your off peak hours you can be stuck with higher costs by your power provider. You also cannot do anything other than see the charger status and kWh delivered. There is no ability to start/stop, track usage or other useful data, or disable/enable the charger remotely when on vacation. I have been told the app will be updated soon without restrictions on charge scheduling. Once it is I’ll revise my review accordingly.Show lesshaisano
Doesn’t show charge data
I connected my Grizzl-e charger to the chargelab app. After charging my car using the car’s charging schedule the Chargelab app shows no info on charging history and electric use. This makes the app useless for me. I tried reaching out for help through the app, but I haven’t received a response yet.Show lessscrapps
No support on weekends-TERRIBLE company
New hotel has 4 ChargeLab stations. Hotel said it’s free just load APP. Loaded APP scanned QR code on all 4 stations. QR says Not Found yet APP shows them available and ready. Call their 800# and no one knew what to do on a Sat @. 3PM. They were going to try to get “support” to call me back. It’s now 3:45. TERRIBLEShow lessBikerBill69

I'm sorry you're having trouble! If you do not have an account, please click "Sign up" instead of "Next" from the main page. In future versions we will disable the "Next" button for users who do not yet have an account.
