App doesn’t seem to exist
I downloaded the app this morning and when I opened it, it took me directly to the developer’s website. What is going on here? Either fix it or remove it from the App Store altogether. Thanks for the inconvenience and unnecessary frustration.xtreme mj fan
11/23/2023 - today, just an advertisement
11/23/2023, I loaded the app as suggested on the website. A complete waste. Today’s version is nothing more than an advertisement of what a movie theater app MIGHT be. A sales pitch to executives. Well that made me late for the movie showing I was hoping for. I’ll save the gas, ticket, and concession money and stay in.VonPadraig
App not working!

App Not Connected to Desktop Version
I got my password situation fixed, thanks to the awesome tech support, but that only fixed the desktop version. After I signed out if the app, I tried to sign back in with my reset password and it said wrong credentials. So I tried the desktop version and it worked fine. Changed my password again, then wen to the app, and entered the new password. Still wrong credentials. I’ll just go on the full site. Not a problem. Big problem with the app though.Mryner99
