Worst game experience ever…
I never should have played this game, let alone downloaded it to begin with. It’s unstable and ALWAYS LOSES CONNECTION when you try and actually…play! This game goes down for long periods at a time for so called maintenance/upgrades but yet it’s the same garbage all the time. If you can’t have a functioning/stable game then it should be removed so people like myself don’t waste their time or money.

Account Restricted Over A Refund.
I have spent a lot of time and money in this game if I could give them a zero star for service I would. My account that is on (Asia3)Asia 124 the ign is OttoZan these horrible developers restricted my account for a accidental refund. I was in the weekly special to purchase 405+405 gold at 13.99 it somehow charged me for 1220+1220 gold under the gold option which was a accident now I have sent them message after message with an auto reply asking for the receipt which I took screen shots of and they are saying they want me to re purchase what I got refunded?? They say it is suspicious refund history but this is the first mistake I made or the game now I’m losing out on daily gifts my xoxo and I have put money in this account! It is like they are stealing my account and not replying to fix it asap which it should have never happened in the first place. This is highway robbery at its finest and I pray no one downloads this game until they can handle issues they created.

The game was good until it started crashing randomly and now it is telling me about a new updated version but I just recently did and now it’s telling me the same thing again.
