Delivery at wrong time
I pre order my F&C supper for 6:45pm and it was delivered at 5pm. This was way to early as my family are still at work till 6:30. After calling Trident they agreed to deliver a new take away at the right time.

first of all reckoned that i already had an account with them despite downloading the app for the first time and wouldn’t let me use my phone number - or my mother’s, who’s definitely never had it!! couldn’t proceed with the order without one so we had to put in something random and even then it reckoned that already had an account!! tried just calling up but no answer

Easy to order. Better than going with a list when you’ve got a large order
Speedy delivery
Easy to use app, intuitive, the only odd thing is that there’s a timer that counts down from 30mins, but no indication as to when they’re expecting to deliver. Having said that, it was only about 35mins till delivered, so very pleased with that! Thanks
