Extremely slow service
The app itself is marginally broken; many of the buttons don’t even work, or are in Japanese, and doesn’t even have basic capabilities like saved searches. The search is also broken and requires Japanese, otherwise you won’t get any meaningful results.
The service is also extremely slow. Expect week long delays waiting for received orders to even be boxed, and additional delays before it actually ships. Weeks of needless delays on top of the existing wait for items. The staff is indifferent about the poor quality of the service and unhelpful. You’d be best off looking elsewhere. I think that they are either lazy or understaffed.
