Poorly designed, very hard to use
The double menu bars and pop-up windows obscure almost all of the map, making map exploration exceptionally difficult. I hope the design team will drastically reduce the amount of white space and size of pop-up windows so as to make the map more visible.

Time wasting
Two out 3 times when using EV Structure I have to phone customer service to get them to signal their charging station. EVs are a JOKE. The infrastructure is PATHETIC

Server error
Trying to charge my car in the same place as always, this time the app says server error so I cannot start the charge

Hello Customer. Since the problem has been fixed, the application is fully functional again.
Doesn’t work
Does not stay logged and then it crashes every time I select a charger to start a session.
