I am very pleased with fm radio and have just renewed subscription for a year. One thing i would like seen done having the globe feature be updated on the ipad the description is a little misleading where it’s mentions it supports globe tuning. I have made several suggestions on what ii like to see added with radio app and was told no date is known when the globe feature will be updated for the ipad. I really don’t mind as i now have an iPhone that i can tune the globe there. One thing i like to see added is having website links added for the radio stations. Yes I use on ipad do you support MacBook Air ? I couldn’t find in Apple Store.Show lessDave Freeman 55

Hello Dave. Are you using the App on your iPad? If so, the 3D Globe feature is currently only available for iPhone. An update with iPad support is scheduled for January.Bit Buggy but a Great app
It is a great app. Lots of familiar stations to find.
Just to note is that it is a bit buggy typing into the search bar. Kept deleting what I was writing. Please fix this if you canScorched bunny

I have been trying to cancel my subscription during the free trial period as the radio station I needed didn’t exist in this app. But every attempt to cancel did nothing. I would press confirm and it will continue to say “renews July 23.” Well it’s now July 23, and I don’t know how to prevent being billed. Would appreciate customer service.Show lessPanaura

Open the App Store App on your iPhone or iPad 2. Tap your profile picture at the top right, then tap Subscriptions. You may need to sign in with your Apple ID. 3. My hometown station, listening in DE now, still prefer the radio. So many memories of WBAL growing up, can still hear it ringing through the house on game days.
At night my 3 brothers and I would listen to their radio shows in bed with small transistors.
It’s still a staple in my home!Betts32

Opened the app, showing local radio that isn’t Seattle, but San Francisco. No way to search by state or city. Deleted app. Isn’t there a real app that actually has local radio stations?
The app show stations currently nearby my location via my phone or iPad location services. I shouldn’t have to use the search feature and find it manually.Show lessKnightrider51

Hello! We are sorry to hear you are unhappy. Could you please tell us which station was in the false location? We are constantly improving our Apps and your feedback is valuable. Feel also free to tell us which local stations are missing. We will prioritize them. Regarding the Search field, you can go to "Search", then "Country". You just need to choose a Country and select the State you want. We hope this helps!Amazing!🤩

The other FM radio player apps I’ve tried couldn’t get a signal, but this one works. That’s the end of the positive things I have to say about it.
Does an FM radio player really need so many pop-up ads? It’s not like the stations don’t already play ads for me to listen to while listening on the app, so why make it harder and more annoying to use.
The app is also missing one of the biggest stations in the DC Metro Area, as well as other local stations.Show lessits just someone you dont know
