So glad I read the reviews and realized everyone is having the same issues logging into the app with valid credentials. If the developers can’t even figure out simple login logic, I can only imagine how bad the rest of the app must be. Deleted it.KNrun
App is broken
Like others are reporting I can access the website with my login credentials, but going through the app I keep receiving the invalid credentials message. The credentials are auto-filled on my phone so the issue must be with the app.*\_(''>)_/*
Log In
Every time I try to log in to the app it says invalid credentials. I’ve reset my password three times, I’ve deleted the app and then reinstalled, nothing works. The kicker is that I can log in to the website no problem, it’s just the app that won’t work.JenSwiz

I keep getting the message that my credentials are invalid. i just changed my password on the website. it’s not invalid. it is not helpful to constantly suggest using the app when we cannot get into it.srhnoo
