  • Horrible

    This app is crappy and you don’t get paid from provider if your app doesn’t work properly when you’re performing rides for the enrollee. You cannot call enrollee from app like the feature shows
  • So glitchy

    It’s a very glitchy app won’t take my verification code even when it is correct it says invalid ver annoying

    I can’t even log in keep’s saying unauthorized or it will say wrong credentials or it just freezes

    Where’s the ride history? Where’s the ability to see your trips for the week? It bad.
  • Unable to sign in

    I just downloaded the app and it will
    not let me sign in. It keeps telling me th day I’m an unauthorized user and it keeps giving me new codes
  • Aren’t you forgetting something?

    This app still has many floss, but it’s slowly getting better and becoming more useful to drive with.
    But the more the app improves, the more obvious it is that patients also need an app too. Many patients can only get on the Internet using their phones, so they have a hard time keeping up with the MAS for their appointments. Even those with computers would benefit from a mobile app. Yet even after all this time, they can only use the website or call MAS and us when they’re too sick and need to cancel their appointments. They shouldn’t have to get on the computer or spend time making phone calls, when an app could easily make the cancellation process simple and quick so they can get back to recuperating.

    A lot of times we don’t even find out that their appointments have been canceled until we drive to pick them up. This is a waste of time and unnecessary waste of gas that also hurts the environment.

    Instead of continuing to add and change things that don’t fix the problems all the other reviewers have pointed out, put that effort into making a patient app so we can collaborate with them instead of bearing the brunt of their frustrations. doing it might even make more financial sense for MAS in the long run.

  • Needs serious improvement

    This app needs some serious improvements made to it, it is very clunky and glitchy. It makes for a frustrating workday.

  • Unauthorized user/ unable to login

    Need to update this app. I’m not able to sign in due to Two factor Authentication code being invalid.
