We play this game a lot as a family and really enjoy it. The app doesn’t replicate the actual game very much at all. The app’s organization of the cards is not the same so it is much harder to play defense (prevent an opponent from getting a specific card). Most games on the app are played against AI generated bots with phonetic call sign names (Alpha, Beta, Charlie etc.). The bots are easy to beat and their discards are entirely predictable. Hypothetically if a bots lowest card is a -2 and then it has the opportunity to pick up a -1 it will not pick it up because it’s algorithm is to search only for lower cards that their highest card showing (it will replace a 10 with a 9 if it can which no human would do). When other human non bots are playing it is much more enjoyable BUT many times the app simply glitches during the game or between rounds. I’ve had rounds where I got all 4 columns to disappear and the game simply stops because i don’t think it was programmed for that to happen. Lot’s of glitches. Still fun but you need a numb mind to enjoy kind of like playing solitaire and you need a ton of patience.
I love playing this game. It’s a lot of fun and I recently learned to play it in real life with friends at a game night gathering.
My only complaint is that there is no way to just pay for the app (a reasonable price of course - like $7-$10) so I don’t have to sit through ads unless I wants a bonus spin or more coins.
Love the game, but getting tired of being disconnected in the middle of games. Probably averaging 1 disconnect in every 5 games. This is not only frustrating but time consuming, you don’t want to drop out in hopes you will be reconnected. You not not only lose your $, or points or whatever you want to call it but you also have to watch another commercial. Very frustrating, I am sure you are losing numerous players for that reason alone.
Positives. Skyjo is a great game, and they have done a great job of replicating the game in an app.
Negatives. They unfortunately spend almost zero time with the “AI” that drives how the computer plays the game against you, making it impossible to lose. I don’t think the developers actually play the game, as even a cursory knowledge would have them develop a better rule set for computer players.
What is worse is when playing online, you end up almost always playing computer players, not humans. (And they don’t tell you that). I hope they improve the rule set for computer players, and more humans actually go online to play.
Otherwise it’s kind of useless.
I LOVE this game. The game itself is fun. For anyone who doesn’t know the game, I heard it’s allot like the card game golf.

💫On online mode I’m almost positive I’m playing with auto bots. It seems there is not enough people playing the game, I would like more/different opponents to help build my strategy as I’m new at the game and also simply because the bots are predictable
💫I would love customization with deck color, theme, font, and/or back of card. Last and least, an option to add friends on the game for better online experience.

The actual game is really similar to the real game with a few differences. But when I’m playing with my family it will randomly freeze and we have to stop playing, there are a few things I wish were different like If there was a tutorial and there are a few things I still don’t understand all these things considered the game is fun and enjoyable to play for the most part.
I love playing the card game version with friends and family on the weekend. I was so happy to find this digital version. It’s a great way to pass the time when the family can’t play.
Our family loves playing Skyjo so I was excited to find this app. The concept is good but there are many areas that need improvement. The game moves slowly, especially if there is a player who decides to leave the game mid play. The rules are a little different from the original card game. It also randomly ends the game and gives the win to the wrong player…this has happened to me several times when I was by far the lowest scorer. I think a lot of the “online players” are app generated players because they always have the same name such as Delta, Beta, Charlie. It’s a great concept and hopefully will improve!
Love the real card game. This one is fun but would be better if the colors correlated like the actual cards (low blue, high red, etc). Also, a paid version without ads would be greatly appreciated :)
I like the practice, but multiple times the game just exposes my last card without my selecting to do so. This has led me to lose one online game and one offline game that i otherwise would have won. Not a crisis, but unfair, since games require a bet.
Also, the robot’s algorithm is so unrealistic. Not even an 8-year-old would use their programmed strategy.
Again, i do enjoy the practice, but the game could use improvements, especially the glitch involving one’s last card.
