Amazing 10/10
I highly recommend this app, it’s a game changer. The trainers are so creative & fun while still giving a vigorous intense workout. Also right after the workout I can enjoy the “mind” portion; that includes an efficient cooldown, meditation & yoga. It’s truly the trifecta.

More than a fitness app, a Life Coach
As someone who’s constantly on the move, but wants to train body and mind, this app is a two for one. Nothing gets your mind focused like connecting technical movements to physical challenges. If you’re an active person, you’ll be able to jump right in to various HIIT style workouts, but know that the advanced classes are a sweat! I’ve always wanted to try boxing, and I love these beginner boxing classes. There’s some crossover between boxing and kickboxing which is great. Hoping to level up to intermediate in a few weeks. Learning new things while still getting that workout in! Not to mention Yoga and Meditation fitness classes that help me wind down after a day of travel.
