Completely Useless
After several attempts just can’t add bike to the app. Please fix this.
Can not get past terms and conditions
App will not allow scroll to bottom of terms and conditions so that the accept button can be clicked. Dealership confirm this app months ago when bout my scooter and it’s still not resolved.
Doesn’t work properly
Some features of this app don’t work. It never shows battery level or range. It doesn’t record all journeys accurately. Needs updating to be more robust
Password reset
I have been unable to reset my password on this app; it says a password reset has been sent to the log in email but nothing arrives.
Similarly I tried registering with a different email address and the validation email does not arrive.
