Welcome to the dark side… Users were reporting issues with dark mode so, we went to the dark side of things and addressed some issues. The pesky keyboard didn’t want to go away when users were done filling in their inputs so, we had a chat with the keyboard’s boss, mouse. That should be fixed so when you’re done filling in forms, just click anywhere outside of the keyboard.

Using the Brzycki formula, we can calculate what your one rep max would be based on your input. Able to do 5 reps at 225lbs? Well, now you'll be able to know what you'd be able to max out at. This is also incredibly helpful when using percentages to plan your workout routine. We also show you what your various percentages would be of your one rep max! Body Mass Index (BMI) : BMI is a measure of body fat based on height and weight that applies to adult men and women. BMI can be a screening tool, but it does not diagnose the body fatness or health of an individual. To determine if BMI is a health risk, a healthcare provider performs further assessments. Calorie Calculator : Looking to lose weight but unsure what your daily calorie intake should be? Using our calculator, you will entire in your metrics then select your current activity level and your desired goal. Our hamsters in the spinning wheels will run some mathematical equations to determine what your recommended caloric intake should be.
