I can not access my accounts with active trades and I just received after many attempts this message:

Account locked & needs approval
My stock account is locked and says needs approval right before Thanksgiving and I had no violation activity. How can get someone to help to resolve this? The ticket system seems dead and the phone number is not workingvitocarloly
Delete The App!
I had installed due to funds from a previous trading platform being automatically transferred here. Since installing I am unable to edit my address, phone number, trade, or edit most any other information pertaining to myself. Seems like a shady platform for investing so far. App is also very slow to load compared to other apps offering much, much more than this. Do not recommend downloading or investing here until major improvements are made.Show lessPrescott K

I deposited $50.00 3 weeks ago and it’s just sitting there.app doesn’t do anything. The $50 isn’t in settled so I can’t withdraw my money. I sent emails to support and haven’t received a response. My next step is BBB🤔jamaa77
Utterly useless
Poorly designed. Adds no value to an already cluttered landscape of online trading apps. There is no reason for this to exist. If I want to trade thru an app I'll use the much better designed apps that have useful trading tools like Fidelity, Robinhood or Coinbase.
