Unreliable and shares data
App is unreliable- schedules not retained or sometimes just ignored altogether. This morning I woke up to 20 degrees instead of 16. So I need to check thermostat regularly. But if I want to check while I’m on the road I get a message that this app shares information about me. No consent. No info about what is shared or who with. So it’s unusable if you value your privacy. Even the old app was better (AND it claimed not to share information…)

Worse than the old app
They replaced the older app, which although crap was better than this. I honestly can’t believe they went from an app with 9 minor features to an app with nearly zero features.

Doet uitstekend wat je verwacht en draagt bij aan zuinig stoken. Ook het regelen van de programma’s doet t prima.

Useless junk
Literally does not work with their own thermostat. They broke the old etwist app so that one doesn't work anymore either.

Doesn’t work with their own products
I bought a house with these thermomstats installed. When I went to set up the app, it told me that my thermostats aren’t yet supported and I should use the older app. What older app? This is the only one I find when I search the App Store. Even the hardware is not very good, requiring you to sort thru endless submenus for everything, and the counter intuitive direction to turn the dial to get characters, turn left, the cursor moves right. I might take these out and put in Nest or something. Its a thermostat, how complicated does it need to be?
