User portal options missing, terrible customer service
The layout seems simple to use. I need to add money to my blocked account, and I read the tutorial online. I can’t find the option in my “user portal” to add funds to my account! I reached out via online/email, replying once as instructed and waiting patiently for email replies. I’ve been playing the email game for almost two weeks—but I want to get the ball rolling to get my temporary residence permit! I can’t do that without an updated amount to my blocked account. Now I have to extend the account longer to show I have the proper amount for 12 months!
