What's new? We update our app regularly to improve performance and reliability. In this latest release, we fixed ; Payments : we’ve updated our payment SDK so that we can continue to support paid events on our app. Event controls : we ensured event organizers can hide ticket categories, pause a ticket tier sale, while these are done on the organizer app, attendees should be able to see these gestures on their end. More optimization: we’ve cleaned up our app further to continue ensure speed, accuracy and safety. Please keep feedbacks coming. Event Status : See statuses such as “sales live, sales paused, event ended” denoted in by different colors. Tickets : Tickets now have a new look. We wanted to created the look and feel of real tickets. Live mode : See an animated indicator when an event is live. We present to you chat V1. Chat is available if the organizer enables 2-way communication. If enabled, you’ll be able to click the chat icon once your ticket is generated at the top right “Chat w host/guest”. We’ll be introducing more exciting chat functionalities in the near future.
