Worst banking apps
This is the worst banking apps I have ever seen . Developers should add user ID for log in option I/o mobile number. I would like to change my mobile number but it’s not possible. Why you guys introduce such inconvenient U/I.

Can’t login to my account
After resetting my phone, can’t login to my cellfin account, after contacting customer care they says due to an security update each time after resetting or uninstalling the app need to go to the bank physically to approve login.
Which is very frustrating, this app meant to make the banking system easy but this system made it worse.

Worst Customer Service
Their all employees are high ages and some of have not proper IT knowledge although they are working under Digital Banking LoL. I just tried to take device approval but they make it complicated and still know i’m out of Cellfin access

Poor app and inaccurate data extraction
App seems pretty poor and unreliable in terms of processing and verification. It can’t even properly extract data from NID despite providing clear pictures.
