Hi :) Welcome to the community! Healthier initiatives is a group of individuals focused on improving their health and wellbeing. Connect with others who are on a journey of self discovery. Join existing groups, or create and moderate your own. Join or create live voice rooms to discuss health and wellness topics or just check-in with your peers. Are you a newcomer? Reach out to the community for support and guidance. Be of service by sharing your experience and providing love and understanding to those who are struggling or just need someone to listen. Stream audio from the media library into a live room. Content is recorded with professionals and healthy members of the community.
