Doesn’t appear to work?!
I’ve just downloaded this as I’m due to arrive today and it doesn’t appear to work…. Anyone???Julieb43
Poorest 5 star hotel
Some parts may be 5 star but rooms reception and service are definitely not
App does not function Told must book for breakfast and dinner yet impossible with App.
All fine dining restaurants fully booked for next Severn days.

Absolute rubbish
Would leave zero stars if I could. Why do companies insist on launching apps before they work properly? Does Grecotel run its hotels with the same level of incompetence? AvoidGeorgie54

Good to see the services that they have there and prices on some of them, to see places to visit.
Useless to order food and some misinformation when booking a table. No follow up in WhatsApp which link is also in that App. In total, has many bugs and Grecotel should not recommend using it unless it’s for information only.Show lessGulnara Elza
