I do not think you made this updated download compatible with Apple products. My IPad and IPhone IOS is 17.4.1. I have no problem with my Window nor Android products.
  • Terrible

Not only did you close down the old system with little to no notice. Your new system has issues adding a new user which we should not have had to do with an existing account. To top it off it gave me a system error and I was treated as if it was my fault. I’m sorry I didn’t enter my social wrong when it said it couldn’t find me, nor did I do anything wrong when it said system unavailable the first 2 times I tried, nor again when it told me system error more than once. Not to mention the passwords it allows is week and there is no real improvement to the online banking in general if and when it finally allows you to enroll. If there was a navy federal branch near me I wouldn’t have an account with you at all. I’m not the only one having issues with your system. 2 other family members have also had problems, which is sad since as a family we’ve been banking with you since the early 90s
