### Fulltrack AI App's Auto-Renewal Policy is Frustrating and Unfair
I had a frustrating experience with Fulltrack AI regarding their subscription renewal. They charged me $149 for a full year due to auto-renewal. When I tried to cancel after the renewal, they said it wasn't possible. There was no clear option to cancel in the app, and they insisted that auto-renewal was mandatory during payment. They claimed to have sent an email notice, but it likely ended up in my spam probably . The lack of easy cancellation options and poor communication made this a very disappointing experience. Lost features
Last year I used this excellent app and decided to renew for the coming (UK) season. However, there are now less features for the same money! No spin or swing data and no beehive data. Sad losses as these were very useful features which now cost about 6x the subscription fee. Still useful, but only about 50% of the app it used to be. Now the fully functioning app has become an elite product, not affordable for the (average) club cricketer. No refunds and I don’t think I’ll bother renewing; such a shame 😕Show lessWindiesweep

Haven’t received subscription
Couldn’t subscribe from the app so I went to their website and paid under my email and phone number and they said they’ll activate my account within 24 hours. It’s been 2 days and I haven’t been able to activate it as they haven’t given me my subscription yet. Terrible service, got to improveArchie Kid
Unreliable speed data and lack of features
Initially on first week usage, I thought was a good app and better than other competitors.
But since then, it has been less and less reliable with post processing ball speed showing as N/A and mandatory features being removed from Individual license. Just what are we paying £16.99 a month for? It’s a cash grab and no app support. Don’t buy!Show lessRubans56
Stopped tracking speed
I love that it captures all my deliveries without me having to record a full hour of footage then scrub through each delivery. Recently it’s barely ever actually picking up the ball and even less so the speed of the ball. I’ve got a sturdy tripod and I’m not blocking the delivery but it’s just not picking up the ball path even when I use the brighter pink ball instead of the duller red. Not sure what to do as the speed tracking was main reason for purchasing subscription.Show lessJosh2991

As usual you down load the app for free then you find out you have to pay for even the basic use.

Very handy for training and helps me with feedback about heatmaps and the swing, speed and spin on the deliveries which I bowl, you need a pretty perfect set up or it struggles to detect it accurately. Sometimes can be a real faf to try and set up.Cricket-wicket -01
HONEST REVIEW
OK-ish app. Started on a 2 week free trial. Was unable to analyse or watch back my final session. Was constantly asked to view/update plan. After ignoring the pop up I randomly received a WhatsApp message!!! I was offered ‘special deals’ to continue my membership however it was more expensive then the in-app deals. Totally confused and made no sense.
For abit of fun this app is cool. If you want to coach students I’m not too sure.
