I used to use DoorDash. I was new to the area and didn’t know what was here. I saw something for Sidecar and saw that it was a local business and never looked back. App functions as expected. I frequently receive discount codes via the app, which is the only way to receive these discounts. Delivery service is fantastic, drivers check orders before leaving the restaurants so you are never missing an order.Ren the Raging
Very Unprofessional
Made a Public Facebook post on their official Facebook page making fun of my granddaughter who suffers from a food sensory issue along with type 2 diabetes. No company should make fun of their customers. Very unprofessional and I, along with many others, will never be ordering from them again.jwc54
Great Customer Service
I am always looking for a bargain, even with my food. I pulled up sidecar delivery, grub hub and door dash and ordered the exact same thing on each service and sidecar was by far a VERY significant amount cheaper. My driver was super nice and let me know exactly what was going on with my order, where they were and when they would arrive. They also arrived faster then the amount quoted. I love to support local businesses and I will continue to use sidecar delivery. Every driver I have had deliver my food has been absolutely great!Show lessTheRichardsFam1
