Won’t load or stay connected
Won’t load and it will not let me play I’ve tried every game at possibility to play this platform I don’t have any other device to try from abs really just want refunded my money because tge bitplay who o added money thru is done nothing to help me I just am over it if they are this bad neither q simple task problem s will always be around and m taking to a site o can trust has my back and don’t play with me or take advantage or me also says no real money vaule that’s a lie because it’s a platform that can have real money added on and cashed out as well

Waste of time and space
Download the game they gave me 100 free coins. I played it and that was it. I could download the other games but I couldn’t play them. I didn’t have a balance, so how do you get the coins in to get to play waste my time and space

with new version app now has more gamess. it is more fast now i see, fun to play & it is free
Disappointed
I downloaded the game, once it was downloaded it wouldn't even open I had to go delete 800 pictures and basically half of my apps just to run it...: finally was able to log in and went to open a game which also needed to be downloaded after downloading and installing it sat on the "please wait" page and I couldn't ever get the game to open. I repeated this process many times also tried on my browser also a fail.

Hello, sorry for hearing that. Today we released new version which includes bug fixes, as well as several new games. Please give us one more chance, update the app & try opening it again. Memory means available RAM, you should have at least 2 GB of free RAM to load our games. If you still have same issue, please contact us over info@goldenscatter.az
