Great Rewards, but staff needs training.

With Monterey’s in Humble, Texas being my most favorite restaurant in the entire world, I was happy to get the app. It works best for takeout orders. Whenever I’m dining in, I sometimes get confused on when to present my reward account phone number. I wish the servers would ask if I was a reward member. It would guide me to present the info and advertise the app.

The reward cards that they had at the store would never work. So, that may be why the staff never mentions it.

As far as the app, I wish it had a better appearance than the faded icons.

As for the service: I enjoy the rewards, but I feel that they should provide random offers/coupons.
(Small example: Free soft drink with each $10 of purchase) or save 10% )

Wonderful

Amazing deals $2 happy hour Margaritas and lots of specials!!

Waste!

The employees and manager have no idea about the app or how it works even though they advertise it. It’s frustrating because the food is good but the servers sit around and talk. I feel bad because there are like two people working hard and the rest are sitting around goofing around while I bakes are ignored. I would give the food more stars but the service and the app is a major waste.
