Fed up.

Hi. Love the game and thought this is different from others,but it’s starting to be like the others,things are getting cluttered, and why do we have to keep the treasure chests that don’t disappear they are just getting in the way. Using energy are very high points please can we have some consideration for players.

Need CSUpdates

I love the game but too many issues syncing account across devices. Lost points, cash and land with no replies to the multiple help request submissions. I may continue to play but without a rise in customer support I will no longer pay for rewards.

Beware

Customer service doesn’t reply to requests for help. Game won’t provide what was purchased. Game freezes and no suggested remedy solves the problem.

Very annoyed Cloud Save won’t load

I have an iPad in my office and another in my family room and I cannot open this game from one iPad to the other in cloud save mode. It just sits at 0% download and does nothing. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling and that doesn’t work and I put a ticket in with customer service which was pointless. There’s enough of these type games out there that I’m sure I’ll find another that actually loads. Do better.

Underrated merge game

I play pretty much every merge game like this one (with the mines, castles, heroes, ingredients, and a creature island…you know what I mean) and this one is quite good. The graphics are cute and the gameplay is exactly what you’d expect. Nothing groundbreaking but it’s reliable, not buggy, and has the cadence it should. This might be boring to others, but not to me! If I could play a dozen games like this one I’d be happy.

Great graphics, easy to play. Activities are easy to understand and not too difficult to complete.

Frozen out at level 9 :(

Great game. I was having lots of fun. Then the island with the animals unlocked…and the part of the tutorial that has you get the free animal chest happens…. Frozen in the store panel. I can’t exit out of it or claim the free chest….just frozen there. I re-installed the game…everything I did in the game was gone. So…. I started over again. I got to the same point in the game as before, guess what? It’s frozen there again. I am not happy…. Period.

Disappointed

Full of glitches, I have lost money on the game , I uninstalled and reinstalled but would only load to 82% when it finally loaded it took me right back to start but was showing I was on level 6 and money gone, looked like such a good game but I’ve had to uninstall and move on.
