The app is a disappointment

I absolutely love Oriana and what she stands for and have often wanted to sign up to her challenges for so long (which I did last week) but quickly remembered why I had deleted the app after my first trial. The app is constantly freezing, leaving blank pages when I try to navigate to another tab… it literally kills the experience for me because I know the whole time I’m trying to use the app, I’m getting frustrated having to wait until something appears on the page. However, without the technical issues the app is quite user friendly and easy to navigate. For me personally though, it is not an app I am happy paying for nor would I use it if it was free! Please fix these issues!

Please fix the app

Hello! As much as I enjoy the workouts with Oriana. I believe the app needs some work. I find myself constantly refreshing the app for her workouts to load. Her workouts are amazing! But the app needs some work.

This app won't let me cancel my subscription and it has been taking money from my card 4 months ago and I can't cancel it AND NOBODY HELP ME and I already sent emails to support everywhere but THIS APP CONTINUES STEALING MONEY FROM ME!!!

Good but not great

This app could have a lot of potencial but it’s not there yet. The meals plans are repetitive, I can’t eat the same thing 3 days in a row. The workouts is the same for 3 weeks, I was expecting more diversity with the exercises. Also some videos start and end before she even finishes the explanation.

Un problema para cancelar

He intentado cancelar mi subscripción por una semana y no he podido. Hacen todo súper complicado! Ninguno de los artículos que tienen me ha servido y he enviados emails y no me han ayudado.

Please someone help me with the cancellation process!!!

I cannot find a way to cancel the monthly subscription on my end!!!!

This app is very easy to subscribe.. almost impossible to cancel !!

Some issues

Everything is great except that the app pauses my music (Spotify) when going onto the next exercise.

Not working just keep getting a white screen

The app seems amazing has everything you want in one place however the problem is that I can’t really use it I have reached out multiple times and see if anyone could help me. So far I haven’t gotten any support and unfortunately I’m not able to access to anything only to a white screen.

La actualización que hicieron para iPhone está horribleeee! No te deja escuchar música si abres la app, después del tiempo de descanso los ejercicios no se muestran automáticamente y hay algunos ejercicios en los que el vídeo sale en blanco! Porfa arreglen esto, antes de la actualización estaba mucho mejor todo!

Amazing app

I took a chance and joined the app to do the 6 week challenge, it has been nothing but incredible! I have been discipline and consistent and lost 10 pounds! I’m so happy I decided to do it all over again….. Ori I Love your energy, you inspire me so much Thank you!!!🥲
