Not easy/impossible to cancel once your subscribed.
BE WARY!! They literally make it impossible to cancel your account. They hook you with the free trial, then you have to follow a 10 step set of instructions to cancel, except after you followed all the steps you still can’t cancel. I even emailed them about 28 days before my subscription expired. They just sent me the same worthless steps in email form. Will definitely be contacting the better business bureau. Also, their app is extremely slow, and when asked why I couldn’t cancel/get help, the person responding was extremely rude, like I was supposed to be happy they charged me for not using their slow app.Show lessJimmy Batt
