Doesn’t sync
I really wanted to like this app. I love the idea of simple and even the huge password is kind of neat not to rely on an email address. However the syncing is non functional. I can edit on one device, click the checkbox to save it. Then an hour later I open on another device and the changes aren’t there at all. Maybe a day later I will get a message asking me which version I want. The whole point of the app is synching across devices.Show lessDeveloper Response
We're sorry for the inconvenience. We guess it has just started syncing after you opened the app. It takes some time. You will see green loading at the top right while it's syncing. If you edit the note after the sync finishes, there should be no conflicted versions. You can also manually sync by choosing the three-dot button at the top right. • Clicking 'Get started' brought up a completely blank, white space. Several times, I tried to open an account but due to this blank screen, I was unable to continue. I even tried tapping it in different places in the hope of getting lucky. But no. Eventually I clicked on the other option to continue unencrypted without an account.
• Having now got into the app, I clicked '+New Note' and tried to paste something I'd written from elsewhere, but to no avail: now nothing in the editing space was responding: I was unable to paste or type into it at all. Although I was able to get a reaction from the left column, the right part of the screen was completely inert; totally unresponsive.
Two serious errors in quick succession does not inspire confidence. I want an app which works promptly and does not require me to wonder at what it is or isn't doing, or why the most fundamental aspects of the app are not co-operating at all.
Unfortunately, I can only rate this app on my experience. Since it flatly refused to work, I'd say it really does not deserve any stars at all. Luckily though, Apple thinks differently.

Lest there be confusion, perhaps I should clarify: the app loaded perfectly well. The blank panel appeared upon trying to 'open an account', i.e. from WITHIN the app. The unresponsive, seemingly dead panel I tried to describe above was also within the app.**Show lessDeveloper Response
Thanks a lot for your feedback and we're so sorry for your inconvenience. We guess it's about network issues that make our app unable to load. We'll investigate and fix the issues as soon as possible. We're so sorry and thanks a lot for letting us know. **We're sorry we didn't explain it well. Some parts of our app are web components i.e sign-up page and text editor page. They're open in a mini web browser called WebView within our app (We did this to maintain consistency between our web app and our mobile app). Somehow these parts couldn't be loaded so the WebView shows the blank screen. It may be about incompatible iOS/Safari/WebView versions (WebView depends on Safari) or network issues (our app requires responses from our servers). We'll find the root cause and fix it. He said he upgraded his iPad to beta version and the issue was gone. We're not sure if it's related.**
