The use of this new app has been nothing but frustrating from the beginning. It feels like developers have no sense of what people in the field really need nor do they have any idea about what accessibility means. The app crashes constantly, there was no priority to make sure the app worked equally between Android and iPhone, and the app requires so much Wi-Fi access to get things done and cleared up, which we don’t always have out in the field. Some of the changes that have been made or positive, but overall, they’re needed to be more user input before this app was released. Franchise owners are paying for the privilege of using a service that doesn’t work.
