This app is pretty simple to use and split photos, also it’s great for beginners.
App includes several grid options, so you can split your image into 3×1, 3×2, 3×3, 3×4, and 3×5 grids.
How to Style Your Feed:
Step 1: Select your image to upload in the app on your phone.
Step 2: Tap the Make Grid button.
Step 3: Choose which format you’d like the posts split into.
Step 4: Move the image around slightly before splitting in order to get each tile perfect.
Step 5: Once you've found your perfect split, tap the Save icon.

* The price is for US customers. Pricing in other countries may vary and actual charges may be converted to your local currency depending on the country of residence.
* Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
* Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.

Unfortunately I did not get to experience the app because after selecting the photos I wanted to use to create a grid I was unable to do so. The app just won’t move forward when clicking create grid. I reset my phone, deleted and re-downloaded the app it still doesn’t work.
