Terrible app
Delta have built an app that feels like it is 10 years out of date.
It often freezes up after you sign in. You have to close and reopen the app multiple times to get it to work. The user experience is really frustrating.

Terrible app
Delta have built an app that feels like it is 10 years out of date.
Activation Key Needed
I downloaded this app and it is free.
However, I could not use it because it asks for Activation Key and there are none to be found. Rendering this app useless.
It lists app key but needs an activation key for it to work.

A rubbish app
This inverter replaced a 12 year old inverter from a different brand.
The app on the old system was far superior to this. Surely 12 years later they would be capable of producing a more user friendly app than this. Extremely disappointing!

Poorly developed app
The app is remarkably slow. It’s slow to refresh. You often have to close the app down just to get data updates. It’s unbelievably hard to connect to an inverter it’s actually not even funny. In this day in age these things should be very streamlined. Very disappointed.

Inverter does not broadcast SSID.
The inverter is not broadcasting SSID network so inverter cannot be logged into. I asked Sunrun to replace inverter with another brand.
Hard to connect
This app is difficult to use as it won’t connect most of the time. Always has errors and the data is not accurate

Old app was simple and easily connected. This one is useless!
Can not register an account.
This does not work on an iPad mini 5th gen running iPadOS 15.3.1. After filling in the information to create a new account and tapping the Register button, it puts up a spinning wheel. It then goes into an infinite loop of spinning the wheel and after awhile putting up a message about connecting to a server, with the only option being an OK button. That brings back not so fond memories of earlier PC experiences.
