Lost wallets when app updates
FYI, you have to import your wallet when app updates itself. When a poor design to the most critical feature of the app.Kwanspace

Wallet crashes in app. Support closed ticket and marked the issue as resolved yet the problem persists. Opened a new ticket and was ghosted.Pacerfan9
App won’t sign in
I have tried resetting and updating my password at least 10 times no and no matter what it tells me the password and email are wrong despite being able to sign into the website with the same credentialsvgfhdfhvuvyvcyctxxrxss
It’s getting there…
Obviously lots of bugs.. but here are some suggestions for the developers to implement:
1. Get rid of the multiple accounts on the website and app. Make it one account. One login.
2. Make the license available to purchase within the app with Algorand or Planets. This would make the on boarding process more seamless.
3. Give users more stats! Tell us how much data was bought and sold, total miners, general and specific numbers, etc.

Planet watch license is not showing up in App
I received my Awair Element sensor and purchased two licenses from planetwatch. However the app does not show the two licenses so I cannot activate the sensors. I have tried to contact planetwatch but not received any replies. If the app is not working yet, they should let us know.Ricewp

Planet watch mining app - Read first
This is the app that all License 3 & 4 holders have been waiting for. This app will allow you to mine planet tokens by linking with the planet watch approved sensors. Make sure you get your license from planet watch first and have at little bit of algorand token in wallet before starting. To avoid the headache I incurred first. Also make sure the sensor is plugged in and connected to app, in my case it was the Awair element app. Lastly complete the KYC on PlanetWatch.IO first to avoid registration issues when on boarding.
