The food is great; the app stinks
My review title says it all. My dogs are thriving on the food - and I'll continue feeding it to them - but the app is useless! I can't even sign into it any more!

Can’t register
I’m bummed this app doesn’t work. It doesn’t get me through to registration after receiving the code via text to even start the registration. I hope this gets resolved soon.Alison Meivogel

Can’t log in
I’ve had rewards with NutriSource for years, always under the same phone number. It sends a confirmation code just fine but won’t do anything when hitting register. Very disappointing and frustrating.AmyyyyGordon
Can’t even register
App will not even work to let me register … it downloads the app, I put my phone number in and that’s all she wrote…I just sit and watch the prompt spin!

Downloaded app, registered, went thru the steps, it said I had coupons, when I get to the store app will not let me sign back in. The app is really screwed up. Deleted the app. From now on using the pet stores loyalty program, this is not worth the trouble.LMcK124456677889
App falls short
I downloaded this app to gain loyalty rewards but the app seems pretty faulty. I completed some tasks but I can’t get them to go away. I got a notice that I had a new task but when I went back to complete it, the task was gone. It’s pretty frustrating overall.LilMzV
