Won’t pair iPhone 15
Just a pain. Won’t pair w phone and app login is wierd. You have to go through hoops to get started and when in the app you’ll be lost. Terrible.
Changing Multiple lights is a chore
I have multiple Smallrig lights and thought using this app would help getting everything set up from one place but it’s more of a hindrance. If you set a light up, go to the next and then back to the first it will change all the settings to the last light you altered meaning you’re constantly having to readjust, you’re better off doing it manually and ignoring the app altogether

Very Intermittent
I will say that this app does function. But it does not function correctly and it does not function consistently. I have two RC120b and one RC220b lights I’m trying to control in a studio setting. I very commonly have to force quit the app and restart it to get it to recognize the lights. Then, one of the most annoying things is that when controlling multiple lights, after adjusting the brightness of one light and navigating to the next, the next light will immediately adopt the brightness settings I just adjusted on the first light. SmallRig has to fix this!
