They are ok. They pay timely. My only issue is if the dispatcher thinks you are bidding too high they won’t send your bid in. They don’t want to pay for empty mile. They expect you to take .50 cent a mile and drive an hour for free. I literally sat waiting to be loaded for 4 hours and they paid me and extra $12. Ive literally bid $25-$50 higher with other companies to be told my big was to high by Empire and get the accepted for the higher bid else where. When they want to make money they are good and when they want to take money they are terrible. Good drivers could be making a bunch more money if not for the greed by dispatchersShow lessbudSchmoke

Hello, We think you count the empty miles and add it to your rate. The rate is what you asked for and you mentioned to add more after you submitted the price and we cannot do that because the offer is already sent. Regarding the detention we address the issue, but the rule everywhere is for the first two hours detention is free, THIS IS EVERYWHERE. And some of the costumers give low, some give high rates, it really depends on. We gave you what we have got from our costumers, and about this issue we definitely address the issue. This app is free to use, they pay you very fast with minimum fee (just 1% for quick pay and no fee for standard pay) which is incredible in compared with other companies that may have more than 10% fee you can choose your own loads, nobody forced you to work every day, but they have loads 24/7, you can work whenever you want.
