Need to fix glitch changing orders to delivery
Twice I have placed an order for pick up and when I checkout it’s switched to delivery, charging me more money. You guys really need to fix this issue

Easily the worst food delivery app there is. The least user-friendly app I’ve ever used.
Way too many glitches to be functional
Do yourself a favour and avoid this app unless you want a headache and extra stress in your day. Recently, I chose to order from a local restaurant and everything initially seemed fine. I made sure to click “pickup” as we were needing to bring the food to an event (I even triple-checked that pickup —not delivery — was selected), and yet, after entering my credit card information, the app automatically overrode my selection and changed it to “deliver” to the address associated with my profile — and where we definitely did not want this food delivered. We had to call the restaurant directly several times to sort out the problems caused by this terrible app. What a waste of time for all involved.

Can’t even add a phone number, just says invalid. Upon actually entering the app, it tells me there’s 0 restaurants available in Regina, SK lol

Buyer Beware
DO NOT USE THIS APP! Placed an order through the app. After waiting over an hour without seeing any update on the tracker, call restaurant to find out what the problem was. They said the Chow Local driver didn’t show up to pick up the order. When I asked the restaurant too cancel the order and refund my money they told me they couldn’t do that, it had to be done by Chow Local. So now it’s almost 2AM, I didn’t get my food and I’m out the $50 for the order.

I honestly love the fact that i pay same price as in store, no hidden fees , drivers always make sure i get my food at the door and dont just leave it on the porch !!

Blank screen doesn’t work. Said sign in but gave you no spot to type anything in and then screen goes blank. Needs to be updated.
Needs Work
Love that we have this option available now, but it definitely needs work. Many of the options for McDonalds don’t even make sense and there are items missing. Constantly says stores are closed until the next day but on their end they’re saying it says open. But, I must say, the customer service is great! Anytime I’ve had an issue I’ve messaged and they do deal with it promptly. Hopefully all the bugs are resolved soon!
