The app worked just fine for the months of July/august 2024. After that just a white screen. What happened?
Not working
I enter the app for first time, and after choosing International (or US) it says it will ask 3 questions but It doesn’t go any further. I can’t get past that screen.

App doesn’t download
This app sends me in circles. I had it downloaded once and then I couldn’t access anything. Now it sends me in circles to the App Store to get the newest version and when I open that it sends me back to the App Store to get the latest version. What????
Loved it till a few days ago
Loved the app on my IPhone & IPad until few days ago. It says that we are using and older version n please down load the new one. Yet there is no update So nothing works.
App not working
When you go to open app, it takes you to a screen that says you are not using latest version. When you click to update it goes back to previous screen. So app is just looping.
Definitely, needs fixing, so you can download app.

The app says to get a new version but there is none and now, no access to the app and infos… I told the company but nothing seems to be done… I am on Apple.
