Not trial friendly!

I wanted to try this app and see if I can use this for adding subtitles to my video. I was testing several apps to see which I’m had the option to manually add subtitles, not audio translate. I’m a new deaf content creator and need to try which features work for me. This app requires you to subscribe for the features I was looking for, so I did. Once he trial was over, they charged me. They will not refund you back even if you try to cancel the day of trial ends. This app didn’t even have the feature I needed, so disappointing for a huge chunk of money. Beware of this app!

Hello, sorry to hear you had a bad experience. You need to cancel the subscription before the trial ends in order to not pay anything. And you can always ask for a refund from Apple. However, we are not authorized to decide if you get a refund or not. Apple handles everything on that end.

Bad translate

The translated sentence is completely different from what the video says.
I don't think it's worth going to subscribe

They are great

Had an issue with their update not displaying milliseconds and I reached out to them and they did what they could to fix it , did I expect that ? Nope . But they did it , shouts out to the devs for putting the people first .

The new version has taken the seconds off the video as it’s playing, making it impossible to effectively edit the captions. Please bring the seconds back IMMEDIATELY

absolutely useless

you gotta pay to generate subtitles. like why have the app if you need to pay for it. there is way better free options. even though capcuts auto subtitles is terrible, still better then this. dont download

Scam app

Pressed free trail and instantly charged $60 don’t use the trial. This app is a scam. The feature are bad and not worth it either. SCAM WARNING They won’t refund. They called me a liar but why did I get the refund? Because they tried to scam me.

That's a lie. You already got refunded. We use Apple's system so you can get a refund from Apple which you did. We also don't charge instantly, Apple only charges you if you try to use the free trial more than once
