Cannot connect to server
I can’t log in for some reason. I can’t reset my password either so there’s no way I can change anything to be able to log in. When attempting login it says error cannot connect to server. When is this going to be resolved?Lizloveslizz

I would love to be able to use it but I can’t. I forgot my password and tried to reset it. I selected what the first street I lived on and I only lived one place. It says it’s wrong. So now I can’t use it.MamaParada

Descargue la app hace meses atrás y luego que tenía mas 35 puntos acumulados equivalentes a puntos, mi cuenta se salió del sistema y cuando intento entrar y recuperar mi contraseña dice que no fue encontrado en el sistema….. es un fraude y ningún empleado or manager sabe que sucede ni cómo resolverlo
I downloaded the app months ago and after I had more than 35 accumulated points equivalent to points, my account left the system and when I try to enter and recover my password it says that it was not found in the system….. it is a fraud and no employee or manager knows what is happening or how to solve itwestern beef app is a fraud
Needs fixes
I keep trying to get back into my account and it keeps saying cannot connect to the server. This app needs alot of fixing and now I can't get my coupons I had already accumulated.108kay
App not updating
Every week I shop $100, $95 and so on for more than a month to date and my rewards still says $10. After scanning my app at the register they told me reward will shows the following day. BUT IT NEVER HAPPENED. App is a scamTony Allison (Bklyn)
Not there yet!!
I just downloaded the app and signing up was smooth and with no issues, but the app itself needs lot of improvements like the your points doesn’t update immediately in the app. The app should feature coupons that can be added it to your card like my Stop & Shop app. There’s a lot of competition out there, so Western Beef app developers let’s get it cracking. The supermarket also need to improve their cashier machine were you are able to scan the app instead having a manager comer over to the register and key in your ID card number.Windis 2013
